CEO & Founder

Everyone meet Paul, our CEO & Founder
Paul has a successful career leading merchandise, licensing, retail and e-commerce teams in B2B and B2C organisations, Paul is a strong leader with a truly global network. Well-respected and trusted across the motorsport industry, he has strategically authored some of the most successful motorsport's licensing and merchandising agreements in auto racing.

As CEO of Branded, Paul led PUMA’s strategic Sports Licensing & Merchandising business for iconic global brands including Ferrari, Mercedes AMGP F1, Red Bull and Arsenal FC. Paul also headed up the e-commerce and merchandise retail arm of The Motorsport Network, as Executive Director and Board member.


Business Development Manager

Everyone meet Dom,

Dom brings 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced company ( Gymshark ) and will be a great asset going forward as we look to grow. Dom can help drive and develop product ranges with some of the biggest teams in racing and sport, while using his passion for motorsport to keep relations strong. Dom is also looking after all creative and social for Uncommon.

Outside of work Dom enjoys all sorts of sports including football. We hear he has a wand of a left foot as well.


Account Manager

Everyone meet Tara,

Tara joined the team as a Business Development Manager after graduating in Psychology.

Tara’s success within the company is evidently reflected within Uncommon’ s excellent relationships with clients, her outgoing personality allows her to build such connections.
We are excited to see her grow with Uncommon.


Head of Buying & Sourcing

Everyone meet Richard

Richard joined Uncommon as the Head of Buying and Sourcing team and brings a breadth of knowledge with him. Working for almost a decade in the clothing industry, with experience in fast paced high street retailers and supermarket fashion, as well as sportswear brands. Richard is well connected with factories and suppliers from the UK, EU, Near East, and Far East. He is striving to create innovative, trend driven, and sustainable product and design that will raise the bar in the motorsport industry and solidify the Uncommon brand on the grid.



Everyone meet Elam,

Elam joined Uncommon and brings 17+ years of experience in buying & sourcing sportswear, activewear in VF Asia Ltd.

With her experience she can support with product development, factory sourcing, her products knowledge will be value for Uncommon’s business growth. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and kids.


Sales Manager

Everyone meet Chris,

Chris comes with a wealth of knowledge from both the merchandise and print worlds.

He is a lover of football, supporting Hull City for his sins and has a huge passion for spoiling a long walk by playing golf.



Everyone meet Jonathan

Jon heads our Design Team here at Uncommon. He has been working for 20 years as a fashion designer having worked for several huge brands ( including Puma, Umbro and Next )

Jon brings a wealth of technical apparel experience, as well as a passion for streetwear and sustainable production.



Everyone meet Jordan

Jordan is a British racing driver from Harbury Warwickshire who last competed in the 2019–20 FIA World Endurance Championship.

He is currently a reserve and development driver for the Mahindra Formula E Team.

In 2019, King competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship, FIA World Endurance Championship in LMP1 and LMP2, and the NTT IndyCar Series. He made debuts in both the Indianapolis 500 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He has also tested in Formula One, Formula E and the British Touring Car Championship.


Sales Executive

Everyone meet Marsha

Marsha has been working in Motorsport Licensing and Sales for nearly 11 years in Formula One, MotoGP, Formula E, WRC and WEC, as well as working in Account Management with key Sponsors in F1 such as Shell, where she had been involved in developing bespoke collections for B2B and end-user marketing campaigns. She currently sells Motorsport Collections across the globe.
