Paul Preuveneers | CEO + Founder​

With a successful career leading merchandise, licensing, retail and e-commerce teams in B2B and B2C organisations, Paul is a strong leader with a truly global network. Well-respected and trusted across the motorsport industry, he has strategically authored some of the most successful motorsports licensing and merchandising agreements in auto racing.

As CEO of Branded, Paul led PUMA’s strategic Sports Licensing & Merchandising business for iconic global brands including Ferrari, Mercedes AMGP F1, Red Bull and Arsenal FC. He then headed up the e-commerce and merchandise retail arm of The Motorsport Network, as Executive Director and Board member.  His broad experience in branded product creation, licensing and multi-channel distribution, combined with a creative, open-minded approach, are what make Uncommon uncommon.

Olivia Brook | General Manager

Olivia has a wealth of global marketing and operational experience across automotive, motorsport and beyond. She joined Uncommon from Jaguar Land Rover where she held a number of prominent roles in global marketing and PR over the last decade.  Olivia is well-versed in leading teams from all over the world, and has spent the last 20 years working in the UK and overseas project managing product launches, marketing campaigns, agency transitions and rebrands.  Working with several key international partnership activations, Olivia has strong knowledge of experiential marketing and how brands are perceived by customers through at-event activation, such as Rugby World Cup, Extreme Sailing Series and NASCAR.
